Babe of the Month - Brazilian Fitness Beauty Andreia Brazier

All fitness fans have a goal body in mind. The fitness industry is a multi-million dollar business, pedalling products promising that elusive perfect figure. Whether it’s exercise videos, diet foods, subscriptions, memberships, or meetings, there’s always a new fad to fulfil your fitness goals. It’s an ongoing quest, that gets more challenging as bodies change and age.
But what about those people who have already reached physical perfection?

Those lucky few – who may have been so rare that people would hardly have believed they existed in the past – now have social media to show off their results. Fitness models who post tantalising shots of their bodies online never tire of telling fans that they achieved that perfection through hard work, healthy eating, dedication, and perseverance. From daily workouts to clean eating, fitness is a full-time job for these models. Should they lose that perfect body, it could mean they’re out of the job.

Outside of the entertainment business, fitness models also serve a purpose for the common people, as “fitspiration.” Followers of these Greek goddess-like people want to know exactly how they work out and what they’re eating, and they helpfully fill fans in on their Instagram and Facebook accounts, racking up hundreds of thousands of dedicated followers.

Whether you yourself are trying to get some fitspiration, or you just appreciate looking at those tight abs and even tighter butts, here is one of the sexiest and most influential fitness models to follow on social media in 2015.

Andreia Brazier is a personal trainer and fitness model, who was born in Porto Elegre, Brazil in 1978, and currently lives in Dubai. In 2001 she moved to Rio de Janeiro. This was the time in her life when she found the gym and got hooked on training. She was also working as a part time model for TV, magazines, Carnival and Bikini catalogs whilst also making time to design and sell her own jewellery.

In 2005 she decided to move to London and her complete life changed. She couldn’t speak English at all, she had experienced a different variation of challenges, such as working as a office cleaner, glass collector in a local pub, Cloakroom keeper in a night club and also doing make up and eyebrows designing for her Brazilian friends in London. After one year in London her English improved and she became a full time Personal trainer.

From her home in Dubai, she also runs her own lifestyle consultation fitness and health company A1Lifestyle. In her short career, this Brazilian beauty has competed in and won three major events in the WBFF (World Beauty Fitness and Fashion).

Her incredible physique, double-take definition, carved abs, drop-dead looks, and dazzling stage presence have won her repeated victories, and she's hungry for more. She is also Shredz Sponsored Athlete

When Andreia is not competing she enjoys going out for nice coffee and lunch, watching shows, having a spa treatment and getting away for a relaxing time.

Prior to establishing herself as a three-time WBFF Fitness World Champion, Andreia was always healthy although she never felt she really had a body to be proud of. "I use to eat 3 meals a day, such as breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes I would just have another breakfast at dinner time. My meals were mainly carbohydrates such as pasta, rice, bread and potatoes etc. I was always into staying fit but lacked the motivation to really achieve my goals. I got to a stage at the end of 2011 where I was hardly training and my motivation levels had dropped completely."
So she decided to make a lifestyle choice at the beginning of 2012 and to set out to achieve her dream physique and ensure she achieved it.

Andrea says: "I love the fitness lifestyle so much and I have always wanted to dominate in this sport. In everything I do I always give it my absolute 100%. To be the best you have to train like the best."

Niki Gudex - Australian Professional Mountain Biker

Niki Gudex is an Australian professional mountain biker from Sydney. Niki was born 19th July 1978 in Guildford, Surrey, England. She competes in both downhill and cross country disciplines. In addition to being a professional mountain biker, Gudex is also a model and a graphic designer. When Niki Gudex took a nasty tumble while snowboarding, she had no idea it would lead to a whole new career. Her injuries which included two broken vertebrae meant spending two months flat on her back, though not needing surgery, the Australian wondered if she would ever snowboard again. But, sure enough, she was soon back out at Thredbo, the Aussie winter sports paradise, ready to go again. Somehow, though, Niki wasn't quite the force of old. Then, for no good reason, she went for a ride on a bike. She was bitten by the mountain-biking bug there and so, on returning home to Sydney, she bought a bike and, for the hell of it, entered a race. She won. Being a natural competitor, Gudex was determined to make the most of her newly discovered talents, so she entered more races. She won the lot. Within a year, she was the Australian national champion and as they say.....the rest is history!

From 2002–2004 Teter competed in seven World Cup events winning four of them.
In 2005 she won a bronze medal at the FIS World Championships at Whistler, British Columbia.

At the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Turin, she became an Olympic Champion, taking the gold medal in the halfpipe, and her accomplishment was rewarded further by the United States Olympic Committee, who named her the USOC SportsWoman of the Year. She also won the ESPY Award for Best Action Sports Female in 2006.

In January 2010, Teter was named to the US Team for the 2010 Winter Olympicsin Vancouver. She won the silver medal in women's halfpipe at the Vancouver Games.

In 2008 Teter founded a charity called Hannah's Gold which raises money through the sales of Vermont maple syrup. The charity, in partnership with World Vision, helps to support the village of Kirindon, Kenya through building schools, digging fresh water wells, and providing water filtration.

In 2009 Teter donated all of her prize money to the Kirindon program. She has also worked to raise money for Darfur and other causes, sponsors children in Honduras and the Philippines through Children International, and is a spokesperson for Boarding for Breast Cancer.
In 2009, Vermont based ice cream company Ben & Jerry's created a new flavour in honour of their fellow Vermonter: 'Hannah Teter's Maple Blondie.' The new flavour went on sale in December 2009, and a portion of proceeds will go to Teter's charity.

In 2010 Teter launched a new charity initiative, 'Sweet Cheeks,' which donates 40% of the sales proceeds from an exclusive line of underwear to partner organization 'Children International' to help feed children living in extreme poverty around the world.

Also in 2010, Teter was also one of four American athletes chosen to model for the 'Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue' in a section devoted to Winter Olympians.

Clair Bidez (born on the 8th July, 1987 in Vail, Colorado, USA) is a US Professional Snowboarder.

Clair first started skiing at a young age and by time she was nine she was ski racing in Colorado. She made the switch to snowboarding in 1996 after being introduced to the sport by her younger brother Dylan, and her competitive career began in 2004 with local USASA contests, which in turn helped develop her halfpipe riding to new levels.

As a member of the US Snowboarding team, Bidez's breakout season came in 2005-06, when she won both the USASA National Championships at Copper Mountain and the Junior World Championships. She also claimed seventh at the Burton New Zealand Open

Making her X Games debut in 2006, Bidez finished just out of the medals in fourth place. She went on to claim a pair of podium finishes on the 2008 Grand Prix circuit. After breaking her right heel at the beginning of 2009 and battling the nagging injury, Bidez struggled to match her early performances, although still producing consistent top-15 finishes.

With four spots open on the 2010 US Olympic snowboarding team, Bidez made a strong push to make the squad and never finished below ninth on the Grand Prix circuit. However, with an eighth place rank overall she just missed the cut.

In 2010, Bidez (like Hannah Teter) was one of four American athletes chosen to model for the 'Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue' in a section devoted to Winter Olympians.
