The entertainment value at the World Cup finals continues to exceed the expectations of many a football fan, unlike England's all to familiar 'early exit' from another major tournament. Although the summer transfer market does not officially open until 1st July, clubs across Europe are however busy trying to negotiate transfer deals in an attempt to strengthen their squads ahead of the forthcoming domestic season.
